@santoscoach@mattdanaher I agree with you Marcelo and great exercise with lots of actions. We should not be afraid of players getting injuried, much more frightening not developing players to their best.
@mattdanaher Thanks Matt. It's important noting that, for recovery purposes, this should be done for short periods of time with long recovery periods. The secret lies in the process as a whole, with the morphocycle taking center stage. We have had 0 issues in the last 2 years.
We believe training this way promotes the whole-body recovery. Also knowing, recovery does not occur in one single day. We understand, we are bringing them in knowing they are “slow”. Not necessarily to train them, but more like to “wake them up”. To rememorize! (1/2)
