@golfmusclemstr Of course. Just saying some can tolerate some can’t. For me, already optimized, not interested in a HIIT level cardiac output when on the way to a meeting.
"R3ta's been elusive — not at a dose for significant glucagon binding yet and I'm almost out anyway. Taking a break for my muscle building/strength phase. Microdosing tzepatide is easy mode for me, so it'll be interesting to see how next-level R3ta actually feels. Science makes sense, just need real-world experience. Anyone getting solid results on it?"
@eliterecomp Reta is very aggrsssive. Glucagon agonism isn’t for everyone. On 1.5mg while in a car service to a dinner meeting my whoop resistered a 14 minute activity where I was in zone 4-5 the entire time. For those just looking to optimize Tirz is certainly the smoother option.
🧵Retatrutide tradeoff nobody talks about: RHR never fully settles. Mine hasn't. HRV took a hit. I accepted it — the recomp results are real. But I'm not pretending it doesn't happen either. Anyone actually tracking this long term?⤵️
@MelRoBuilds I’ll add that SS 31 however is excellent and no issues. Should be the preferred mitochondrial peptide for those with MTHFR and genetic mutations
@MelRoBuilds Yes. Bad reactions with MTHFR and slow COMT. No matter how low the starting dose. Balancing methylation is difficult enough without adding something that interferes with the folate cycle further.
Is MOTS-c just a MTHFR/tism (folate) wrecker lmao
Bad news for the fellas who got wrecked by it
(None of my fellas can play with this. Ive already marked it off limits lol)
Most 55-year-olds are losing muscle.
I gained it in 7 weeks while traveling non-stop.
~ Inconsistent training
~ Constant stress
~ Zero optimal conditions
Still got bigger AND leaner simultaneously.
Modified follistatin with a 19-day half-life that inhibits myostatin completely.
The protocol that breaks biological rules:🧵
Spoke to a married couple in their 40’s from Buffalo, NY:
They have:
- $320,000: Home equity
- $285,000: 401k’s / IRAs
- $108,000: Brokerage
- $18,500: Cash
On paper they’re rich & yet they can’t afford to quit high stress jobs.
…Millions of people are in this silent trap.
It's still early, but I wanted to share some initial indications of a significant breakthrough in the treatment of my daughter's #hEDS & #MECFS. I attribute progress to Calcium D-Glucarate, a supplement known for improving phase 2 detox of estrogen & other steroid hormones. 1/
