@coopuk what's the deal with your branch in Wood Street? It feels less like waking into a grocery shop and more like walking into a prison? The self-service packing area is TINY so can't do a proper shop and staff are behind metal bars and security glass!

@JustEatUK @CraigDavid @JustEatUK your customer services thinks it acceptable for food to be delivered 2.5 hours after the order was placed. No amount of emails can convince them to give me a refund. Instead of stupid ads, maybe invest in better customer services.

@ZipcarUK this is really sad news! :( I've been using your cars for over 10 years and, although the quality of the cars has not been great in recent years (mostly because users don't seem to care) it's such an essential service for me. Surely you can find a way to stay? 🙏😢
