@TKakapo @Lacksicle I didn't say they aren't breast tissue just that male boddies don't produce estrogen at the levels needed to create breasts, so addidtional drugs needed to be taken - they are fake - they are produced by artificial means ie drug taking.

@Righttothe9272 @Lacksicle This makes no sense. Everyone needs the hormones to grow them. They are the same hormone or it would not work. You could make (a bad case) that implants are fake but these are from through the same hormonal pathways that all breast tissue is made with.
