Missing Grade 5 Learner: Phoenix – KZN
A 10-year-old girl from Amaoti, north of Durban - KZN, has been reported missing after failing to return home from school earlier this week.
Nosihle Mbewana, a Grade 5 learner at Brookdale Primary School in Brookdale - KZN, was last seen on Thursday, 12 February 2026, when she left for school wearing her school uniform. According to her father, she was expected to return home at approximately 14:30 but did not arrive.
The concerned parent subsequently made enquiries with classmates and friends, who confirmed that Nosihle had been present at school during the day. However, her movements after dismissal remain unknown.
Nosihle is described as having brown eyes, a light complexion, a slim build, and average height. She was last seen wearing her Brookdale Primary School uniform at the time of her disappearance.
