Hey @FedEx, can you explain how two massive packages containing FULLY ASSEMBLED DINING ROOM CHAIRS completely vanished despite saying they were delivered to my front door, at a time when I was home and know for a fact that no delivery was made? And how even after my partner and I searched our entire neighborhood, they were nowhere to be found? And how after I opened a support ticket, your customer service just said “looks like they were delivered, sorry 🤷🏼♀️” and refused to help me any further? The packages are four feet tall by two feet wide, it’s not like they were just thrown in a bush or easily stolen. The company is shipping me a new set, but they’re a small business who makes the chairs custom and they’re now out money because of your mistake. I have ring camera footage that shows that no delivery whatsoever was made or attempted at the time you say they were delivered. I’ve requested that the company send the second delivery with any carrier other than FedEx because this is unacceptable.

I’m actually quite a big fan of this system so far. I love checking in on the menu every few hours to see I’ve completed like 10 orders on accident.
I hope they work on the background though. The gray/blue isn’t visually appealing.

The new Vanguard Orders system is live for all players as part of Destiny 2: Renegades. Vanguard Orders are automatically assigned objectives based on your current loadout. Your teammates activity will count towards most of the Common Orders. Find them in the Seasonal Hub in the Portal.
