@Discovery_SA You're call centre agents are truly the rudest people ever. You can do a lot to learn from other companies like @OUTsurance who actually care about their customers. Perhaps spend some time training your staff on phone etiquette and how they speak to customers.

@CheckersSA Great 60-minute delivery solution. However the 60-minute 'shoppers' are really rude and pushes through and over customers in store to collect all the ordered goods. Surely they should at least be mindful of actual shoppers? #HowToLoseACustomer

Sigh .... I wish we could focus on the bigger things. Our schools are not equipped to protect kids, people are literally starving, the economy is in free fall, who knows if hospitals are now ready. T-shirts shouldn't even be a consideration right now.

We have now officially entered the twilight zone. Government deciding what clothing you can and cannot buy. Wearing a t-shirt (unless for warmth as an undergarment)is soon going to become a revolutionary act. Time to stop this petty nonsense and get real!
