@TMYG168 You could face a million cases, and if all of them were dismissed, you’d technically NOT be a repeat offender. Having a case filed against you does not equate to being guilty.

After seeing how Alan Peter Cayetano defended Jinggoy and the Senate’s integrity in full view and in the face of Remulla’s intimidation, I can safely say that he earned my respect even more. And the majority bloc may just have been cemented further because of that one act.

Force Majeure can also mean anything out of a person’s control that prevents him from fulfilling his duties. A questionable warrant and the threat of an arrest that goes along with it arguably fall into this category.
