Union Leaders Convicted of Racketeering, Fraud, and Embezzlement of Union Dues “The Boilermakers Union members were supposed to get representation out of their hard-earned money used to pay union dues,” said @AAGDuva. “What they got instead is their money wasted on lavish trips and dinners, and unearned vacation payouts for the union leadership. Union dues must be handled with care and used for the benefit of the dues paying members. Saying "NO AI data centers" won't end in victory. They'll just build them anyways. If you truly want to make a difference, you need to say, "No data centers, UNLESS..." Turn it into a negotiation instead of a war, so we can fight over what really matters. No data centers UNLESS they're not draining our energy. In fact, you could say, "you want 10 gigawatts of power? Ok, YOU pay for it. And because we’re allowing you to do it, you have to produce 15 gigawatts of power and give the excess to the grid." It's a win-win and YOU control the terms.

Attorney general Dave Yost is advancing an $11M fraud action through the Medicaid fraud control unit... the fraud division and Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose executed this morning, a data sharing agreement that provides the fraud division access to corporate registrant data held by the state of Ohio. This data will be used in proactive data analysis to quickly identify ownership links between clinics, labs and billing entities that fraudsters use and hide behind to obscure control over healthcare fraud and other fraud schemes."
