As a Bruins fan I know I should root against the Canadiens, but the Canes are such a disgrace to hockey with their unethical play that I must support Montreal as watching the Hurricanes in the SCF is a war crime to all people with eyes

@TheMaster_Plan_ Bruins fan here and I totally disagree. The Canes are the most entertaining team in the NHL, they are relentless. They never stop coming at you. They define the forecheck, define the shoot often mentality. Oh yeah, and undefeated in this year's playoffs.

A lot of talk about the minimal production of the Aho line but nobody is talking about Ghost being a literal Ghost in the playoffs so far. 2 assists in 8 games....far cry from 50 pts in 55 games in regular season

@SilkWilkes @Raiderfrank65 Canes are not a physical team. You beat them by smashing their stars into the boards every chance you get. Problem is that they are rested so they can take more abuse at this point than either Buffalo or the Habs.

The Hurricanes are going to roll either Montreal or Buffalo Neither one of these teams plays with an ounce of structure. It's the sloppiest defensive playoff series I've seen in a long time and neither teams goaltending is nearly good enough to cover up their wretched mistakes

Carolina did not have Slavin or Miller for two of those games, and the last game was a pond hockey game late in the season. Ottawa kept Carolina to 19 shots twice in the regular season, one of them being in Carolina. Didn't matter much. Also, playoffs Andersen and regular season Anderson are two different things apparently. This the first year that Brindamour gave players rest down the stretch in regular season sp they had more legs in the playoffs playing his physically demanding style. That and the rest they have had in the playoffs. Carolina will dummy either one of Montreal or Buffalo.
