@TrueEager Wow! @Westjet, Section 18 (1.1)(a) appears to require you to rebook me on a flight within 48 hrs. Given the circumstances, I’ll give you 72hrs, but 8 DAYS? Not good enough. #neveragainwestjet

We made the news again because of our troubles with Flair Airlines According to the Canadian Transportation Agency, our interpretation of section 18 (1.1) (a) of the AAPR is correct It would appear the airline is not complying with the law cbc.ca/news/business/…

Air Canada is soooo much better than "the airline that should not be named" (credit: My Beaver Sweetie): one free checked bag and Wi-Fi for Aeroplan members... And today (perhaps because of "events"), complimentary wine... That other airline wouldn't even give us water 💦, FFS!

(1/2) Our deployment of larger aircraft including Boeing 787 Dreamliners to Puerto Vallarta this week added 711 additional seats to fly customers home. We are returning to normally scheduled aircraft to/from @VallartaAirport.

So need some suggestions on questions that my lawyer should ask @Westjet regarding this PV fiasco. 1) how much additional capacity was added? 2)When?3)How many people impacted?4)Avg delay? Thoughts? #neveragainwestjet

@melissa_godbout @WestJet I had to buy my own ticket, then call them, stay on hold for 45min. They then refunded me but atleast I have seats. But let’s be clear @westjet, there was no “recovery flight” and it is 8 days after my original flight was cancelled. Worst customer service ever. #neveragainwestjet

Hey @WestJet when can we expect to hear from you about a flight out of Puerto Vallarta. We can't get through to anyone. If you can't fly us out, book us on another airline. Please respond & not just with the customer service number we've already been calling
