Samuela has been getting the same Tiger Tax Teddy got. Best player almost every week for most of the last 2.5 years and doesn’t rate a mention outside of WT fanbase.

@NBWT__ Hopefully Samuela comes through. I know we’ve been going well but I felt so robbed when Taylan went down early at Leichhardt. The upside of that left edge is immense and might allow us to see the best of Masi like we saw in the trial.

Stoked that Tiny is back. Shame we probably still won’t get to see Masi/Tiny/Luai/Samuela yet but his availability makes the backline so much more balanced

It doesn’t seem that long ago that Shane Richardson held a press conference defending the stability of Holman Barnes Group and Wests Tigers. Along side him were Barry O’Farrell, Julie Romero, and Simon Cook. In less than a year all four are no longer with either organisation. Add to that the suspensions to Rick Wayde, Tony Andreacchio, and Dave Gilbert all in the last year or so. And most recently 3 independents removed. Yet all the press you hear from Holman Barnes Group is that all is well and there’s no issue with the leadership of the organisation. Drastic measures need to be taken by the NRL. Holman Barnes Group ownership will continue to anchor Wests Tigers. IMO, the damage is irreparable. Any hope I had for Wests Tigers, gone. Shame on everyone at HBG but they are only treading water. Their day of reckoning will come. Even if that means destroying personal relationships.

Absolutely convinced the left wing/centre combo to start 2026 will be Masi and May. Lots of question marks elsewhere but that seems the obvious strength/thing to look forward to. Would argue Masi’s ‘floor’ is Jeral.

Luai is an easy target for those that don’t know footy. If he had partnered a fit Mitch Moses, NSW would have repeated. It’s time to admit that Nathan Cleary is a great player in club land only. The forwards bar Haas & Yeo were awful. Poor games from Lomax & Robson too. #Origin
