I was told not acceptting being outsourced to IBM was considered quittting and I would not get my 6 months severance earned over 28 years, IF i accepted outsourcing to IBM it would be as a new employee with zero severance and only one year of employment to train IBM India. Stealing your earned severance is a big part of the finances for every outsourcing deal.

WINTERS: To say opposition to H-1Bs, which depress American wages, is rooted in white nationalism is absurd. America doesn’t have a white nationalism problem. If anything, we have an Indian nationalism problem, 70% of H-1Bs go to India, illegal immigration is from Mexico, and most student visas go to Chinese nationals. This is about defending American workers.
