@adamwathan @arvidkahl Totally agree. Past company I worked at always wanted the team to "divide and conquer". I had to point out that in that expression, the thing that's divided gets conquered, so dividing the team is a bad idea!
So much more efficient to have the team focus on one thing at a time.
