@StandardBankZA How is it that when a customer inserts their card in your ATMs and it doesn’t come back, your machines don’t safe keep it? @StandardBankZA ?? Why are your ATMs so easily compromised that someone can set traps for your customers cards?

@StandardBankZA said my mom approved the transaction with a pin which is obviously untrue. She was reporting when the transactions happened. She was a victims of shoulder surfing and card trapping. Well known crimes

Also during the time where my mom was on a call with the @StandardBankZA people and this continued to happen standard bank took advantage of that window saying the transactions happened before the card was blocked

I caught an employee customizing his desktop background. It was a photo of his family at the beach. Smiling, waves crashing, pure joy. I asked why he changed it from the standard company logo. He said it motivates him during long hours. I explained that personal images can dilute brand immersion. He argued it's just a background, not hurting anyone. I nodded and updated his profile with "potential loyalty drift." Then I reset his desktop remotely. Now it's our logo again.

Sine Gugu’s behavior is a little bit too familiar. This is a solid example of someone who never comes out wise from the hardships that life has thrown at them. She can’t believe she was able to get past it and have what she has today. It’s “struggle ptsd”
