@mark_zelisko @ChandrikaCC Very good assessment! I think it depends on the crisis itself how we want stakeholders to respond. Sometimes determining a straightforward Benoit "message option" to help diffuse a crisis vs crafting an elaborate response campaign is more effective.

@ChandrikaCC #CrisisImage #MUCrisisComm Benoit talks of the responsibility of the event, versus Coombs talks of how to make a message that will repair or maintain a company’s reputation. Benoit’s method is necessary at times but I like Coombs.

#crisisimage #MUcrisiscomm @ChandrikaCC In terms of image repair I lean more toward Benoit. Realistically the steps are clear, with various possibilities of how to execute such method. Both keep stakeholders views and opinions as the top priority in the resolution/ repair.
