@hp quality has tanked! And their service has also become awful I bought TWO $5,000.00+ laptops and both are on the shelf because something broke and they don't have parts for it. Not even a year old!

@HPSupport has become a joke. I paid $350.00 extra for special on-site support. However, not even year old, $5k + laptop has broken and they can't get a part for it. This is now the second expensive laptop I have sitting on the shelf because there are no parts! Time for @Dell

Worst customer experience with @Newegg @NeweggService. Buying=easy. Any problems requiring customer service=AWFUL! I would never buy from them again. A simple return for $394.00 order, turned into a $287.00 refund after they charged all kinds of surprise fees. DON'T BUY!
