@TUIUK is it standard practice now that if you’ve booked a holiday there is no guarantee that that is the holiday you are going to get. We have just returned from a break where you changed our hotel just two days before and customer services didn’t care less how this affects you.

@TUIUK you’re an utter shambles - you changed my flights to travel on different dates (return flight leaving at 1am). I called and didnt accept these changes and we agreed alternative flights, changes I had assumed were made turns out changes were not made.

Hey @TUIUK l, currently at the airport. Flight departs at 6.50pm it’s 6.40pm and we are still at the gate. No info about delays shared, gate screen still says 6.50pm departure. Where’s your customer communication?

@TUIUK I think it pretty disgusting that after I emailed you with a list of minor complaints and one major fault in one of your hotels you only decided to address the minor faults and not the fact that my family couldn’t exit the room due to a faulty lock unless I was there. 🔥

Just got back from egypt and booked hotel transfers via @holidaytaxisCS, recommended by @TUIUK. The situation was odd to say the least and not sure if I'd use them again. To start with when we landed, the sign with our names on was correct but we were directed to a private car
