Data Centers are needed. Shifting the cost to electrify them to you is not. Rep. Tristan @TWRader and I introduced HB 706 to prevent this cost shifting and increase in electric bills to consumers. We copy the current policy for those in Central Ohio's AEP territory and make this protection statewide.
