EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin says he can "absolutely" assure the American public that the agency's deregulatory actions on power plants, waste water, toxic air standards and more will not harm the environment. "We have to both protect the environment and grow the economy," he says.

I've been trying to delete my @23andMe profile and the website is "unable" to send me the verification code to access my account. No problem sending me a password reset email, but it conveniently can't send the code to access my account. It's holding my account hostage.

So 23andme seems to have made their authentication system down so we can't delete our data? It's not available on desktop. I can login on the mobile app, but when I click on my profile, blank screen and redirected to the home screen. @23andMe please fix!

Can’t delete 23andme account. After you log in and select verification code- the email with the code doesn’t show up. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it a play or am I just being paranoid?

Thank you for sharing this remarkable discovery about the Antarctic ecosystem. However, I can't help but feel concerned about the implications of such findings. Why do humans feel the need to touch or explore everything? Historically, this quest for knowledge often leads to destruction. The very reason the sea floor has been exposed is due to human actions that are harming our planet. With climate change accelerating, toxins being released into the environment, and countless species being driven to extinction, it raises an important question: What do we expect will happen now that this fragile ecosystem has been revealed? Announcing this discovery to humanity, a species known for its sometimes unforgiving tendencies, could lead to exploitation rather than protection. We must consider the consequences of our actions and strive to preserve these untouched areas instead of further disrupting them. @oceana @SchmidtOcean @ClimateReality @UNClimateSummit @savetheearth @elonmusk @realDonaldTrump

For staff at the State Department, the termination of its air quality monitoring program is "insane" - employees rely on the data to help protect their families while based overseas: cbsnews.com/news/state-dep…

Reposting this to redact the identities, but the central #ilwx radar (KILX) in Lincoln now has no techs to service it if it goes down. @JBPritzker @ERICSORENSEN this will make central IL residents less safe during severe weather.

First time I've seen a federal press release with 41 quotes from people and orgs supporting a nominee's appointment...intriguing that many of these orgs (oil/gas, fertilizer, mining, etc.) are ones the EPA traditionally regulates and scrutinizes: epa.gov/newsreleases/w…
