The fact that companies offer no incentive to be loyal is a kick in the pods. Just rate increases. ME: @SIRIUSXM 25 years, another rate increase. @Verizon 26 years, another rate increase. @GetSpectrum 20 years. Another rate increase. @txuenergy 20 years. Rates increased. Why would anyone not just bounce around to competitors every year and get that "new customer bonus".
