The fact that companies offer no incentive to be loyal is a kick in the pods. Just rate increases. ME: @SIRIUSXM 25 years, another rate increase. @Verizon 26 years, another rate increase. @GetSpectrum 20 years. Another rate increase. @txuenergy 20 years. Rates increased. Why would anyone not just bounce around to competitors every year and get that "new customer bonus".

Well, after decades with @txuenergy (and TX Power & Light before dereg) we're making a move to @reliantenergy . Reliant's fixed / longer term contracts are significantly cheaper per KWH than TXU's.

No matter how much you conserve energy @txuenergy will just increase the delivery fees so that your bill is still high
