- The idea of raking 60% of Canada’s landmass is foolish
- The idea of sanctioning Canada for wildfires is foolish
- The idea of blaming every extreme weather event on climate change is foolish
- Claiming the US doesn’t aid Canada in fighting wildfires is foolish (Canada aids the US too)
- Increasing aerial attack/water tanker budgets is NOT foolish.

Had to take care of the garden here on Tatooine. I'm not going to breathe in smoke if I don't have to. I know some can't wear masks. I know some still have obligations that take them outside. I know people will still tell me they can't wear a mask or have to be outside...I get it. If you don't HAVE to be outside, I wouldn't. If you can wear an N95 Mask, I SUGGEST you do.

I am not going to sugar coat it. This is bad. This smoke is worse than 2023, and will get worse tonight and tomorrow. Please be safe and think about your exposure to the outside. I know some have obligations that take them outside, others can't wear masks, etc, but do what you can to make sure you are safe and healthy.

The air quality in NYC is terrible! ...so I added real-time air quality data to a digital twin of NYC so you can monitor the situation at home! Air quality data (PM2.5) is updated hourly from 14 street-level monitoring stations across the city. The worst air quality is in Chelsea/Midtown with estimated AQI of ~221 and PM2.5 of 146 µg/m³
