When Creativity strikes don't look back, yet... The process of practices and the sequential order of those practices enable & entrain brainwave states, giving you access to an information layer beyond space and time. Remember the process ( = practice + sequence )

From one of our first assessments with Jon Rahm roughly 10 years ago. Jon’s talent was immense, but we felt it was imperative for him to address key movement limitations to reach his potential. 🎥: Ricardo Relinque Giménez-Arnau

Sync nasal breaths to movement and you win. For desired state play with pace and depth. I.e fast for more energy slow for more relaxation

Are you performing to prove something? Are you doing it to be validated? Are doing it to be seen?

If a young coach came to you and asked “I know in order to be a great coach I need to be a great communicator, do you have any tips that would help me?” What would you tell him?

Throwing, at its essence is a technique to express energy. To express energy is both a technique for cleansing the body of stagnant energy as well as performance and display of poetic motion ( flow ). Put a game environment around this motion and call it baseball...

@Cabney18 brainwashing is a choice, no one can brainwash you except you. I'd like to hear what truly matters? Also, I'd like to invite you into feeling the resistance towards bat sensors. It's a sign from your body telling you something, most likely nothing to do with the bat sensor

@Cabney18 @Cabney18 priming the body using the habitual part of the brain is efficient. It actually allows you to perform. Take driving your car ... You don't think about driving, you're just doing it, which allows it to be therapeutic bc you're not your not wasting mental energy

@Cabney18 @Cabney18 you may be confusing training with performance. If an athlete cannot demonstrate the ability to hit low/away or up/in pitch in training then how do you expect them to perform in the game?

@Cabney18 irony here is, when you on plane % is high your window for square contact goes up aka matching bat plane with pitch plane becomes less important but still important

@Cabney18 Maybe this will help: on plane = vertical bat angle : Spine angle ( 90 * ) on plane % = how long bat to body relationship is 90* from start of swing to contact Match vertical bat angle with pitch plane & path + good timing = square contact
