Women preferring tall men is a relatively new phenomenon. It is likely proxy for strength. Because modern men are moving away from their roots. They no longer have the same amount of physical strength. They’re not hunting, fighting, killing, building and doing physical work anymore. So women desiring height in men is like desperation; ‘well, if you’re going to be weak and incapable of doing anything physical, can you at least be tall?’ 🤷‍♀️
