๐Ÿงฌ New Feature on MADAI LABS: Y-DNA Haplogroup Predictor We have added a Y-DNA haplogroup prediction tool to the platform. After uploading your raw data, the system analyzes your Y-chromosome SNPs and predicts the most likely haplogroup and subclades. How it works Safety Mode (default) Used especially for autosomal raw data uploads. โ€ข A clade is assigned only if at least 2 positive SNPs support it. โ€ข If a deeper branch has only 1 positive SNP, the system assigns the nearest clade with 2 confirmed SNPs. This prevents incorrect deep predictions caused by false SNP calls. Manual verification After the upload, we also review results using Fast Mode. Fast Mode accepts โ‰ฅ1 positive SNP, allowing deeper branches to appear. We manually inspect these cases to determine whether: โ€ข a false call occurred โ€ข or a deeper plausible subclade exists.
