What the Russians want is the complete destruction of life. In more than eleven years of Russia’s war against Ukraine, they have brought only one new thing to our land, the most widespread Russian “legacy”, ruins and death. We must continue resisting this. I thank everyone around the world who is helping. The Russians are preparing to continue the war and are ignoring all peace proposals. They must be held accountable. We are working to strengthen Ukraine’s air defence. We urgently need positive signals from the United States regarding air defence systems — we are still waiting for a response to our request to purchase systems that can help. I thank the European countries for supplies. We must also achieve results in joint production of air defence systems and missiles, this is absolutely essential for our whole Europe. Only time separates us from that result, and what matters most is shortening that time.

@elonmusk I think he would win if they had an election. His approval rating is very high in his country. Most of his. Citizens r displaced or fighting a horrible war. I think he will need amnesty, Putin has attempted to assassinate him many times. So it makes sense

True. As distasteful as it is, Zelensky should be offered some kind of amnesty in a neutral country in exchange for a peaceful transition back to democracy in Ukraine.

I would like to reiterate Ukraine’s commitment to peace. None of us wants an endless war. Ukraine is ready to come to the negotiating table as soon as possible to bring lasting peace closer. Nobody wants peace more than Ukrainians. My team and I stand ready to work under President Trump’s strong leadership to get a peace that lasts. We are ready to work fast to end the war, and the first stages could be the release of prisoners and truce in the sky — ban on missiles, long-ranged drones, bombs on energy and other civilian infrastructure — and truce in the sea immediately, if Russia will do the same. If it's still unclear for some: USA HAS NOT given 350 billion $ worth of aid for Ukraine. USA has not contributed more than Europe to defend Ukraine. US weapons used by European militaries are not arms aid, they are bought. So much disinformation is being spread freely.
