@TachusFiber can someone please contact me regarding my internet service? i am having connectivity issues, the service drops completely every five minutes or so and then reconnects. i waited on hold for an operator for 30 minutes and no one ever answered.

@TachusFiber I understand call volumes will be high, but calling for help and going 45 minutes without hearing a human voice doesn’t tell me you’re helping me, in fact it’s the exact opposite.

Today my “frustration free internet” from @TachusFiber went out so I called and listened to their recording repeat for 45 minutes until the internet came back on its own. Needless to say the ordeal was “frustration full” not “frustration free”. Thanks a lot @TachusFiber .
