@LongTimeHistory I like her shirt saying we the people but the delusional bitch doesn’t understand the meaning on the shirt

Police arrest woman protesting ICE—for holding sign on public sidewalk.
Video clearly shows woman just peacefully standing quietly.
"I do not consent to be searched!" she yells as male officers take everything off her.
Her sign reads: "Nobody is free until we are all free."
Incident occurred outside the ICE processing facility in Broadview, Illinois.
TuCo Fuentes doesn't have an account on this platform—so posting first full length and credited video here to help raise awareness.

@RonFilipkowski I just can't bring myself to care what Loomer has to say about any topic, even if she's right. She shot all credibility long long ago.
English

@raftomas What you are missing is the clear history in the U.S. of voter disenfranchisement, poll taxes and other forms of voter suppression. We've seen this act before.
You also are skipping over how voters already have to meet these requirements in order to register to vote.
English

Okay one more thing.
I'm from Europe, so I'm genuinely confused by the controversy around voter ID requirements in the U.S.
(Honestly curious)
When I look into it, you need ID to get a job, open a bank account, rent an apartment, buy a house, get a mortgage or loan, board a domestic flight, rent a car, buy alcohol or tobacco, buy a firearm from a licensed dealer, pick up certain prescriptions, check into a hotel, access many government services, cash checks, and complete countless other everyday tasks.
So... what's different about voting?
HOW do you vote without an ID? 😅
Is this debate really about ID itself, or is there something I'm missing? Can someone explain it in a way that makes sense?

@GMidtbo @Robert_E_Kelly It's so obviously flawed, and yet, here you are parroting it credulously on x.
English

And nobody even knows why
No one can enunciate a serious rationale for the US tariffing Canada. The administration has not even tried. This just seems to be some intense, personal dislike for Canada by Trump, but no one knows what that’s all about either
It’s all so absurd
Phillips P. OBrien@PhillipsPOBrien
In a nutshell why US friends would be wise not to trust America again for a long time. Canada has been a solid friend and neighbor to the USA. It has fought beside the USA. And now the USA is creating legal shams to punish Canada for no purpose than to weaken both countries.
English

@Mcclainseanm @Robert_E_Kelly I've searched the internet high and low and nope, he hasn't made any good deals using this strategy.
The MOU with Iran - terrible, perhaps the worst "deal" ever signed by an American POTUS
"Deal" with Canada - he made one, called it the greatest ever. He's now torn it up.
English

@TadEdge @Robert_E_Kelly No. Figure it out, yourself. I am not your search engine.
If you can't find any, you are terrible at using the internet.
English

@LucasSa56947288 He sounds more deranged every time he speaks. He must have real fear for the upcoming midterms.
English

@Mcclainseanm @Robert_E_Kelly Quick name his good deals that have been made (that he hasn't subsequently torn up).
English

@TadEdge @Robert_E_Kelly It may hurt us in the future, but he does get deals. You have too much TDS, if you refuse to acknowledge that.
English

@Mcclainseanm @Robert_E_Kelly <Narrator> It mostly doesn't work , and further, poisons all future negotiations making us less effective.
English

@GMidtbo @Robert_E_Kelly 40%!?! lol
If you believe that all these manufacturers think the "tariffs a permanent and won't be overturned by courts or the next admin" and that "we should make major capital investments based upon that 'permanent state'" than... you're an idiot and we cannot help you.
English

I think it’s straight forward, he’s creating uncertainty of access to the US market for manufacturing firms in Canada. If you look at auto, Canada doesn’t have a domestic car industry, they are a low cost manfacting base for US and other firms that exports 90% of product to the US. Trump, and many of us, would like to see those jobs and capital investments in the US, where the customers are.
If you believe KPMG 40+% of firms are looking to move or have moved.
English

I support voter ID and believe that only U.S. citizens should vote in our elections. But the SAVE America Act goes beyond that and provides no time for proper implementation. It would ultimately disenfranchise some Americans in rural communities, so I oppose it.
Read more about my opposition here: wsj.com/opinion/why-im…
English

@Angelina738738 @lisamurkowski Only 5 states meet the requirement. Elections are right around the corner. It would disenfranchise millions.

English

@lisamurkowski What a load of you know what! I got my real ID in a rural area. Easy breezy. You need an ID to eat unlimited pasta, breaksticks and pancakes. You should definitely need one to vote!

I've watched Pete Hegseth testify and anyone who does so with an open mind, will readily see that he is a toxic caricature. He has delusions that he is starring in a war movie.
He is arrogant and ignorant. His narrative never has any depth. He speaks as if what's good and what's right are not even complex subjects, or debates borne of perspective.
He loves American Exceptionalism but believes that it's only defined by musculature and pomposity. He couldn't care less for us being a shining example for others, or a force for a greater good. He couldn't care less for sharing strategy or being accountable.
He creates lasting disdain for America on a global level like few others ever have and make no mistake - this disdain will permeate for generations.
He doesn't present arguments. He doesn't share justifications. He doesn't care for transparency, and the only thing he cares less for than that, is humanity.
As a behaviorist, I can feel the things he's been accused of - like alcoholism and misogyny and reckless sharing of info - underlying his attitude and every utterance, and you can feel how unapologetic he is for any of it.
He is a brazen politician serving an audience of one.
He is a Made for TV concoction, and a vacuous mishmash of hormones and neurotransmitters.
That he's running the US Defense Dept. is incredibly disgraceful, dangerous and disturbing.

@Sassafrass_84 Dems say they’re affordable in GOP locations because nobody wants to live there as there aren’t enough jobs, resources, & entertainment. BS. The jobs, resources, & entertainment are usually within a 1 hour commute (50 miles), vs. a 1 hour commute (10 miles) in a Dem location.
English

@Sassafrass_84 Yeah, the cost of living is lower because demand is lower. People don't want to live there, it is less desirable.
And I can say that living in one of those lower cost of living areas.
English

@SenatorCollins Please remind us Senator, how did you vote on Hegseth's confirmation?
Did you not expect this very outcome given his very public statements on these issues prior to confirmation? Why the concern now after the damage is done when it was eminently forseeable?
English

The United States military is one of the greatest meritocracies in the free world; we need to make sure that it stays that way.
Today, I pressed Secretary Hegseth on the alarming number of senior generals and admirals who were removed from their positions or blocked from promotions. More than half of these service members were female or black. For the first time in more than a decade, no active-duty female naval officers are likely to be promoted to admiral.
Reports that women and people of color are disproportionately fired or sidelined create the impression that their service is not valued. This will discourage well-qualified women and people of color from joining our Armed Forces, depriving us of their talent, dedication, and patriotism.
English

@JoyceWhiteVance They have nothing else to run on. They have to create fear to motivate their voter base. That's the primary motiving factor for GOP turn-out, fear and grievance.
English

What is happening here? Seriously. Bolshevik?
Aaron Rupar@atrupar
Scalise: "The Bolshevik takeover of the Democratic Party is in full swing, and communism is on the ballot this November"
English

@MeidasTouch Seriously, who elects this guy? American voters need to do better.
English

PabloReports: If you are grading President Trump on the economy, what grade would you give him?
Higgins: They'd have to create a new report card with something above an A. He rates like an A+ Bigly.
PabloReports: What would you grade him in terms of the Iran War?
Higgins: An A. An A+ if he can finish the job in the next two weeks.
English

@storm1news Yeah, I'm sure burning tar sands will help with the climate and Canada's wild fires.
English

@SarahIronside6 @wnance767676 @cyrdax AND what's worse is that fact ☝️then puts the family owned farms at an even further disadvantage in the marketplace. The bailouts literally kill the family farms he's advocating for.
English

@wnance767676 @cyrdax THE FAMILY OWNED FARMS DON'T GET THE BAILOUT MONEY!
