Instead of Ratha protecting witnesses from what seems to be a witch-hunt and irregularities from the police in terms of taking down statements, he intimidate defence witnesses. He has allowed all statements not fully proven. Never questioned their legitimacy. #SenzoMeyiwaTrial

@Mmandla77 @tumzadr No court will believe that such a compos mentis person could ever do such a thing as signing a legally binding document with such ramifications. This witness has been incarcerated for a while and underwent trial. He ought to have known that a signature goes a, long way.

Thank God the PKTT is happy to see 4 of the Meyiwa accused plus Makhimbi & others currently serving long sentences for taxi killings. Lezinkabi are all right where they belong. Gininda & Baloyi will be looking for "Mjiyakho 2", someone who can further pressure Qinisani to align with their version. Is there no attorney willing to represent Qinisani pro bono in the interests of ensuring justice for Senzo? Defence is not allowed to assist #senzomeyiwatrial

Ratha didn't even allow Jonas to finish interpreting what the witness was saying.😳 Qiniselani is just refusing to answer parts of the statement that he has no knowledge of.I have no faith in our justice system if a Judge conducts himself in this manner. #SenzoMeyiwaTrial

@mtsh_omdala You either are deliberate or just emotional. The two are not the same. Steyn did not take pictures, another officer did, those pics were not part of his statement and collage. Qiniselani refused to answer what he already answered before, that he knows Muzi...

@Pule_EM @mndinae @ThabisoNkalusi2 All judges are bias mfethu, all people are but the court or this judge has to apply the law. He won’t do as he pleases . He is a senior judge and they can appeal so bias won’t help Ratha we look at whether the law was applied fairly.

Ignorance of the law is no defence &the witness can't convince a court that his statement is half of it's whole

@Khethiwe_Kat3 Judge once advised Zungu state witness no to answer defense lawyer in that court so today the same judge taking another turn when it's defense witness Judge is now forcing this witness to admit and answer on something that was added by Gininda

All Qiniselani needed to do is deny deny & deny, but refusing to answer completely is something else. #SenzoMeyiwatrial
