That family received their bags with missing clothes, and gift items after 8 days. For us, it has been over four days with #NoCommunication #NoUpdate about our bags. This is much before today’s #Microsoft #Crowdstrike #BlueScreen @Customs_India @DGCAIndia @SamChuiPhotos (3/3)

@airvistara I will share that with you on DM. However, I failed to mention how @airvistara customer service never picked our call till date except once when someone laughed at me on mention that I am calling to check status of my bags and cut our call.
