I debate with Muslims all day. Their major claim is “the Bible is corrupted.” We’re not letting that blanket claim slide anymore. “The Bible is corrupted” is a massive statement. You have to ask: where, when, how, and why? Let’s break it down: First, I look at what the Quran says, and then I compare it with objective history before ever putting a Christian lens on it. And you have to separate what you mean—Torah, Gospel, Hebrew prophets. You can’t just lump it all together. Now look at the Quran: Surah 7:157 says Muhammad is found in the Torah and Gospel that existed at his time. Surah 2:40 says the Quran confirms what is already with you—the Torah is present and affirmed. Surah 5:43–48 calls the Torah the judgment of Allah and the Gospel guidance and light—and says people are judged by them. Surah 10:94 tells Muhammad to ask the people of the Book if something is unclear. Surah 12 says the Quran confirms the previous scriptures. So the Quran repeatedly affirms the Torah and Gospel as real, present, and authoritative. Now look at history. The Dead Sea Scrolls show us manuscripts of the Hebrew Bible from before the time of Jesus—and they match what we read today. And in Islam, prophets are sinless and carry the same message. There was never a time without a prophet. So when exactly did the “corruption” happen for the Bible? It would have to be before Jesus, but the manuscripts prove otherwise. Which means the Torah available in Muhammad’s time is the same Torah we have today. That’s not a weak argument. That’s the foundation of removing the authority of the Quran.

Surah 28:23–27 tells a story about Moses meeting two women at a well, helping water their flocks, and then being offered marriage in exchange for working 8–10 years. Sound familiar? Jacob meets Rachel at a well, helps water her sheep, stays with her father Laban, and works years to marry her.  But in the Quran, that entire arc gets assigned to Moses. Same setup. Same well. Same daughters. Same marriage-for-labor structure. No Laban, Rachel or Leah. Moses becomes the stand-in for Jacob’s entire journey. This isn’t poetic overlap or a creative choice, this is a full narrative transplant. A story pulled from one patriarch and reassigned to another, with no explanation, no context, and no Torah reference. For a book that claims to confirm previous scripture (Surah 2:41, 10:94), that’s not confirmation. That’s confusion. So now you have to ask: Did God forget who He gave the story to? Or was this revelation recycled? Because the Torah lays it out clearly, Jacob, Laban, the years, the deal. But the Quran blends it like it’s interchangeable. If you can’t trust the characters, how can you trust the authority of the Quran?

Trump is teaching a thing about modern warfare and I hope other world leaders are paying attention. When the search and rescue team were unable to locate the ejected airman after hours of searching, Trump suspended everything, moved away from the public and summoned his security team to an emergency meeting. He controlled and monitored the search right from Washington for over 7 hours. No media. Just pure commitment. He was on ground to communicate directly and give orders easily when needed.
