The confrontation occurred outside Island Assessment and Counseling. It's funny how often you get people like this that feel like their feeling outweigh the rights of others.
You can see the moment that she is starting to realize that she is not getting what she wants from the police, so she starts to dig for something by claiming he had knife. Either way she was forced to do the walk of shame.

The settlement underscores two key facts that everyone with a glancing familiarity of the routine practices within gender clinics knows: 1.) the WPATH standards of care are a joke that do not protect anyone from a lifetime of medicalized harm and 2.) nobody even follows them.
The second fact is why essentially every gender clinic in America is on the hook for millions in liability that will as a matter of certainty catch up with many of them over time. They will be punished for having ignored the existing "standards of care," such as they are.
The first fact is why gender medicine has always been a scam without an evidentiary basis that qualifies it as medicine rather than cult ritual masquerading as medicine and why the FTC should and will prosecute it as a form of fraud.

Check the before and after. A federal court judge has unredacted a document showing one section that describes what agents found in a raid at Andy Duong's house. Along with the weed, guns and cash, agents found the watch and necklace matching the description provided by Co-Conspirator 1, now identified as Mario Juarez. Previously, Juarez told me and FBI agents that the Duongs locked him out of the Evolutionary Homes offices in the California Waste Solutions headquarters along the Oakland waterfront and summoned a group of men who beat Juarez. He also said Andy Duong stole his watch and necklace, and this newly-released court document appears to confirm that aspect of the story.
I understand that a federal grand jury continues to follow the tentacles of the corruption investigation into former Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao.

Judy Walcott, a woman in New Hampshire, has been banned from her local Planet Fitness because she objected to the presence in the women’s changing room of a man who is a convicted child predator, domestic abuser, and stalker.
This man, Christopher Beaulieu, also has additional convictions for changing his name without reporting it to authorities as required by law — remember when we told you this would be one result of SelfID?
In addition to hanging around watching people in the women’s changing room at PF, this creep also makes a habit out of hanging out at Chuck E Cheese (which is such a red flag that every cop I know thinks that any mentally able adult man found there by himself should get an automatic hard drive check).
Judy reported this man’s presence and behavior to PF staff, and was ignored. When she told another staff member about Beaulieu’s behavior a few days later, and the employee called her “transphobic,” and told her to quit coming to the gym if she didn’t like it.
A few hours later, Judy received a call from the assistant manager, who cancelled her membership, forging her signature in the process.
If you’d told me 20 years ago that by 2026, women would be banned from gyms and stores, and even criminally charged, for not wanting to change clothes in front of leering male transvestite sex offenders, I’d have laughed in your face. The world has gone mad.

The Senate just passed my legislation to make it easier for people to sue mental health providers for malpractice if they performing conversion therapy (aka psychological torture) on them. I introduced this bill (SB 934) when it became clear the Supreme Court would put youth conversion therapy bans, like California’s, in legal jeopardy.
California banned youth conversion therapy in 2012, with numerous other states following suit. Now that the Supreme Court has ruled this psychological torture is subject to the First Amendment — a radical & horrific ruling — California must step up to protect people from this malpractice.
Fortunately, the Supreme Court ruling made clear that it did not apply to malpractice claims. So malpractice it is.
