Ordered a Nokia 6310 on 8th September which has incompatible battery when I contacted with Nokia care then they informed me that we can’t help you in this and this mobile didn’t covered in warranty as this mobile isn’t India manufactured seller bought cheap parts from outside India and assembled in India when I asked for return they seriously denied to refund and told me they’ll replace product, Product is already returned but now they’re not providing me India manufactured 6310 shipping date was 24 sep still product is not ship when I asked @flipkartsupport to cancel this order and return my money then they threatened me that if we cancel this then you can’t get refund. @flipkartsupport are you alive my query is still not resolved

Hey @Flipkart Your delivery exec said I can't check the serial no. of AirPods during open-box delivery. Only can reject if it's damaged. He refused delivery.
