It is so depressing and the funny thing is it always happens to us because of northern Virginia. They were so determined to get Trump look at the mess. If people would actually do research instead of just listening to the media, this would not have happened. We are the laughing stock of the USA welcome to the California of the east.

We are right there with you. We have the governor from hell, and an attorney general who thought he opponents family should be ended. Now they are trying to go against something passed in 2020 to allow their gerrymandering crap to go through. The Commonwealth is doomed. And our senators oh well they’re both crap.

So when they gave me a “normal” walk I knew it was going to be painful and take training and therapy. There are days where I wonder if it is worth it as I bag myself in ice. Then I buck up and keep it moving. Got to put one foot in front of the other…
