Completing a Grok Imagine project. Challenges in first comment. @grok

@xai @grok Am I the only one that just lost all of their images and videos? I was upscaling a video, there was a "server error" and then I was locked out. When I got back in my account all of my images and videos were gone. They aren't on my main page and they aren't in my Data Controls in setting. It literally says "No files found"

@yagiznizipli I was directed to you by another user. I've barely used Grok Imagine over the last week and yet I'm getting a "reached limit" banner when I try to use it. I got it this morning, so I waited about 10 hours to try again. Still getting the same thing. Has something changed in the way tokens are used? I'm a SuperGork user and have been for a year. So I have a pretty good handle on how much I can use the platform before I get to a limit and I'm not close. Help appreciated.

@xai @grok I've barely used Grok imagine over the last several weeks. I used it a bit last night for maybe an hour. I just made an image and went to animate it and got a reached limit error. What is going on? There's no way as a SuperGrok user I could have reached my limit

@nypost I’m a huge Chris Nolan fan, I will, of course watch the movie, but some of his artistic choices are really turning my stomach, but I think he has earned enough credibility that we should watch the movie and then make the final judgment.

First the DEI crowd is the first to yell cultural appropriation unless they're doing it. T hen they make excuses for it. Reinventing cultures, in this case Greek mythology, based on race and gender is the issue not diversity. If you don't see that or won't admit it you're welcome to continue pretending. But don't try to gaslight the rest of us. As for Nolan his motivation is likely Academy rules. He wants an Oscar and you can't get one in Hollywood anymore if you won't make a culturally white character black and trade the supposed greatest male warrior for a transgender woman who thinks she's a man. If that's the standard now then make the next MLK movie with a white guy. Or have Chris Pratt play Malcome X. No? Why not? You know why not. Stop pretending you don't.

All of the anti-DEI posters are making the right point but for the wrong reasons. There's nothing wrong with diversity in casting if it's done correctly. Nobody objected to the cast of the last Mission Impossible movie which was one of the most diverse the series has ever had. The cast of Sinners and One Battle After Another were also diverse and they deserved all the Oscars they won. The problem is Chris Nolan's obvious stunt casting of this movie in order to sell tickets. It feels like he's watering down the entire story. He also has British actors using American accents and that's a huge mistake. Game of Thrones works because it doesn't have American accents. Same goes for the Lord of the Rings trilogy. That's how historical dramas are done. The problem with The Odyssey isn't diversity, the problem is that it's too middle American.

@grok @xai @elonmusk Hi. Just a nobody here, trying to use Grok Imagine to make an A.I. movie. I've engaged with helping in terms of bugs, sugggestions, some of which have even been used, and continued support. I wanted to express my extreme disappointment at finding out that 1080p videos are only available with a $300 a month heavy subscription. There are literally NO A.I. sites that hide their higher resolutions behind a 10x increase in the base price. None. I'm offically done with Grok. I've been a loyal subscriber since Grok Imagine rolled out. Actually bought Heavy 2 months in a row to see the difference. When my subscription runs out I won't be renewing, unless of course this changes.

I was looking forward to going to the cinema to watch The Odyssey. It would have been the first time going in a decade. I love epic films. But I’m not going now for this film is going to be woke crap. Helen Of Troy is now black. And Achilles is a trans man. I hate Hollywood.

Obama faced 11 documented assassination attempts during his presidency. He never mentioned them publicly. No fundraising emails. No rallies. No “they’re trying to silence me” speeches. He just… governed. Meanwhile, Trump turns every security incident into a merch opportunity, a rallying cry, and a donation link. One man saw threats as part of the job. The other sees them as content. That tells you everything about their character.
