The legality of him having the firearm isn't in question. In what world would anyone think it's a good idea to approach law enforcement with a firearm on you, not to calmly talk to them, but to get in their face while you have the gun on you? If you think this is a good idea, you are truly an idiot. Everyone acting like this hasn't been going on the entire time. How many people have been shot by police in this country because they had a gun on them and were being aggressive? A LOT. Just don't do it.
