@paradiddletap @teacherman91 What evidence are you using to determine that it’s a failed experiment? What does this look like to you? IMO, if your practices aren’t inclusive than you 1) can’t build community and 2) instantly alienate students.

Differentiation- A fancy word for doing the job of five people. Great for the children but a sign of quick burnout for teachers. Solution- Hire more staff to do those jobs effectively. Get more resources to take responsibility off teachers plate.
