She issued the final pre-procedure ruling denying the last emergency injunction requested by the father’s lawyers on March 26. High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC): Handled early appeals. Two unnamed independent doctors (standard protocol: one treating/recommending physician + one external assessor) who initially evaluated her case. Unnamed medical team at Residencia/Hospital Sant Camil (Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona) who carried out the procedure on March 26, 2026, at 18:00 local time. It appears the Spanish government removed her from her family and then placed her in a state-run facility where she was brutally raped, leading her to attempt suicide and resulting in her paralysis. Deep depression then set in, and euthanasia was encouraged. Once they obtained her consent, they put her on an organ transplant list, which she couldn’t get out of. I also read they wouldn’t allow family or friends to change her mind, no contact was given. Horrifically evil.

It is now confirmed by the hospital that Noelia Castillo Ramos has been euthanized. She reportedly was having second thoughts in the final days, but doctors convinced her to move forward since some of her organs have already been reserved for donation.
