Hello @Wego, I booked a flight from Mumbai to Dammam (Booking Ref: 8QVM7Y) via your Saudi platform. My confirmation clearly shows a baggage allowance of 46kg (2 x 23kg) per passenger, but Saudia Airlines is only reflecting 30kg in their system.

Very poor experience with Wego.
Booked tickets showing 46kg baggage, but airline allowed only 30kg. My wife and son faced serious trouble and I had to pay extra charges.
This is misleading and unacceptable.
I want a full refund of the extra baggage charges immediately.

@Wego I shared the details long back..why you are manipulating the thing..resolve the issue now..today is the flight. Airport is 4-5 hours far from home..don't you understand the emergency..?
