Introducing Anything Max: Vibe Coding that's leaps above Lovable and Bolt We've raised money at a $100M valuation and built what we believe is the future of vibe coding. We asked 100 vibe coders to build their apps side by side on Lovable, Bolt, and Anything Max and they rated Anything Max the winner across all 3 categories - accuracy, design, and 'overall'. Here's why: • Full-stack control: Max can test backend hooks, branch database states, and debug issues, because Anything owns the full infrastructure. • Max can load up your app in its own browser and click on all buttons like a human tester to find all edge case bugs, then trace the bug across the stack - could be a frontend, backend, or a database issue (only we can do this, read #1) and autonomously fix it with 97% accuracy. Lovable and Bolt build prototypes, but Max users are building production-ready apps and already charging money for them. Blake built a gut biome app to $10K run rate Anthony built a referral tool to $20k in revenue Yuri built a suite of apps doing $40K Build your app with Max: createanything.com/max -------------------------------------------- We're hosting a $100K Hackathon to help people grow their app to $10K MRR. - We'll teach you everything we know about growing to 1M users. - You'll have 30 days to build a real product in public and get paying customers for it. If you do it well, you can start the New Year with a functioning business. Retweet and comment “LFG”, and we’ll send you a $100 discount code and the link to participate

This is how AI is going to revolutionise industry in the near term. Industry is just a collection of 5 million extremely niche problems. You can try and build AGI, generalise with a monolithic world model embodied in generalised hardware. Or… You can solve 1-2 million of those problems TODAY with a cheap and “good enough” specialist. Capitalism is not going to wait for AGI, when a $12 webcam + Raspberry Pi can add 1,000 basis points of productivity to a $10m manufacturing line. Intelligent productivity gains are the first boom wave, and the value will probably be captured by glorified IT consultants, and productive asset owners. SOTA foundation models not required We’re still 5 years away from ubiquitous self driving cars, robotification is at least 5 years after that. But “intelligent systems” is here today.

AI in robotics gets all the attention right now, but sometimes the most interesting work is very practical. Viet built a small vision system that counts potatoes on a conveyor belt. No giant dataset. No huge model. Just a clear problem and a smart setup. He used Ultralytics’ ObjectCounter, trained a tiny YOLO11 nano model, and because there was no potato dataset, he annotated a single frame with SAM 2 and trained from that. One frame. Still works across the whole video. It is a good reminder that useful AI in industry often looks like this. Focused. Lightweight. Solves a real task. If you work in manufacturing or robotics, these small systems are usually the fastest wins. They save time, reduce errors, and do not need massive infrastructure. Nice work, Viet. Consistently generating around $900k in pipeline personally for Valley every month for the past 5 months. General sales and gtm opinions I’ve built: - Anything beyond 2 follow-ups on a cold outreach is super annoying - Track positive responses, demos booked, show rates, offer made rates and close rates every week - Below 250k MRR - don’t filter leads aggressively, every lead is either a customer or an opportunity to learn more about the problem - Don’t regularly change your profile picture and keep it the same across social media - Ask people A or B questions far more than yes or no questions. E.g. “Can I send a one-pager?” No. “Do you want a one-pager or a demo video?” - Use alternative CTAs that signify attention. Instead of “Want to take a look at our messaging?” Use “Do you want to roast our messaging?” - Top of funnel content is great, but creates very little conversion (short term) , find a way to pitch your product regularly too - Best closers should get the best leads. Simple. Which means you should score every lead that comes in and assign them based on skill of your sales team, not a random round robin. - Paid ads with high CAC when you’re above 8% monthly churn is like burning money - Add problems into 2 buckets - minors and majors. You never want to minor a major, i.e. you don’t want a cheap solution or process for a major item. - Pay a premium for employees who systemize and document things well and openly advertise and become promoters for your company. - A simple way to increase inbound demos is by simply embedding a calendar directly on your website - If performance-based product - experiment with adding a commission on results beyond the creator stage, makes it more believable to the lead that you can actually bring that result. - You should be in close contact with your best users and they should have the link to your affiliate program easily accessible. - Your AEs’ focus should be in this order - Closing calls > documenting and updating data > generating calls - Your CX team should have access to case studies to replicate patterns that made your best customers successful with the product - If you and your team are building active personal brands online, you can be extremely bold in your performance marketing (ads or outbound) because even if a risk goes wrong, your underlying personality (online presence) acts as a cushion - When early-stage - spend more money giving discounts or trials or affiliate commissions than ads or sponsorships - A child-like curiosity tone to handling objections on sales calls will always help you more than being defensive or a neutral tone.
