Long wait with kids and no socially distanced queues @HeathrowAirport T5 arrivals! @British_Airways

@HeathrowAirport There is one queue for families with children which is somewhere between 30-45mins long! There is no one in the terminal that is interested in your “customers”! Maybe you could ask them to come and talk to people in the queue to gauge views!?

@rabh @AskAmexUK @resy I asked the guys at the Amex lounge at Wimbledon and they said that they disabled booking via the app on the first day as it didn’t work! Instead you have to queue.
