We haven’t been sure how to process the news. Separating families from the children impacts a communities future & present. We're humbly offering 6 Spanish meditations - as a safe space to process. If this makes sense to you, please help us share this message, schedule below.

Reports of suffering are upsetting, but it's a mistake to think we can do nothing about it. Many problems we face are of our own making. Since we are social animals who need friends, the least we can do is smile and respond to others warm-heartedly—that will make a difference.

@TapInMeditation I'm looking for the right community centers, or organizations to contact to help spread the word, and share the offering. Please let me know if you have suggestions — and join in in solidarity.
