@very_ireland Hi, any chance that someone from the Large Item Team could contact me? Your delivery page, Movelocity, is saying that my order was delivered yesterday, but nobody was home. There were 4 people here all day, and I don't have my delivery!

@very_ireland Nursery furniture delivered weeks ago but two boxes missing. Called customer service 8 times, no help. Tried Facebook messenger, no help. Tried email, no help.
How can I get this issue resolved????

@very_ireland item ordered 06/12/25. Not moved on tracking since 09/12/25. Called last week, gave account number and told our account doesn’t match the number. Waited one hour on hold for large goods dept, called ended without speaking to anyone. Called today. Told item with 1/2

@ZARA_Care I must bring this to your notice that your customer service in India is pathetic. I placed an order last month and so far there has not been any update on my order or any refund in case you are unable to deliver the item. On raising concerns, no action, Disappointing!
