Good morning all, im 1 pound away from my target weight, its taken me almost 8 months to lose almost 30 pounds, no pills no injections, very very slow, fitting in the excerise each day is incredibly challenging, but, im almost there.

My 12-year-old daughter doesn’t have many friends and was bullied so badly last year she spent lunches hiding in the bathroom. Lately, she’s been taking my yarn and secretly crocheting in her room. Last night, she proudly showed me a stunning scarf she made herself. “I want my own Tedooo shop someday—for kids like me,” she said. Now she wakes at dawn to practice stitches “for my customers.” She’s turning loneliness into art—please leave her some encouragement.

Statement from FC Hartlepool - ❤️💙 Alex Bell - Club Statement 💙❤️ It is with deep sadness that we share the awful news that Alex Bell one of our U12 Whites players died peacefully at home on 8th Feb 2026 following the reoccurrence of a brain tumour Alex was a much loved member of the U12 Whites and a talented number 9 scoring 36 goals in his first season for the team. Alex was a key member of the squad who helped the Whites to the league title in their first season and was a committed footballer who trained very hard, always had a smile on his face and thoroughly enjoyed representing Fc. As well as his love for playing Alex was also a huge Newcastle fan and got the chance to walk out onto the St James park pitch recently with one of his favourite players Alexander Isak Our heartfelt condolences go out to Alex’s family and all those close to him during this incredibly difficult time. As a mark of respect and to honour Alex’s memory the club will be holding a minutes applause at all our games this weekend We are also supporting Childrens Cancer North who do incredible work helping children and families following a cancer diagnosis. This morning, my son ran into a burning house to save a crying baby. He pushed through flames, smoke, and collapsing ceilings—shielding the child with his own body. Now he’s in a hospital bed, battered but alive. Today, I’m prouder than ever. My son is a hero.

Good morning all, off to watch Hoppers at the cinema, Ryan's a vocal stimmer, he will hum or say words over and over especially when excited and he loves the cinema, so we go early to avoid crowds and sit right in the front away from everyone, he will also sometimes burst into song or stand up and sing along, and yeah we can get complaints, because we go so early, its usually just us, i do everything possible to try to not disturb other people while at the same time not stopping Ryan from going to the cinema. And honestly most people are very understanding, people will come up to Ryan afterwards and asks him if he's enjoyed the movie. So yeah cinema today followed by lunch, have a great day everyone.
