They raise slogans, play with emotions, and keep telling people that Muslims are under constant threat. But what have they actually delivered? The truth is simple: fear has become their biggest political tool. They keep communities anxious so they can stay relevant. Meanwhile, real issues remain ignored and people are left on their own. Indian Muslims don’t need fear-based politics. They need honest leadership, real support, and clear action. Not drama. Not empty speeches. The same has been done by many Kashmiri Muslim leaders to their own people. They have used their own citizens for political purposes. For years, instead of building futures, we have seen graveyards grow while schools and opportunities were ignored. Yesterday I said it directly to a leader: you cannot keep using people and expect respect. Leadership is not about slogans, it’s about standing with your people when it actually matters. The community deserves honesty, courage, and accountability, not excuses. Enough of emotional manipulation. People are waking up. One day, everyone will have to answer. #Accountability #Kashmir #SpeakTruth

#WATCH | Hyderabad, Telangana: AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi says, "If someone says that there won't be 'Qayamat' (Day of Judgment), Palestinians will cry out loud and say that justice should be done. Indeed, there will be 'Qayamat'. The cruel people who caused bloodshed of Muslims, justice will be done on the Day of Judgment..." (Video Source: AIMIM PRO)

Is Pakistan Playing a Double Game? Took billions in US aid to fight terror, yet US officials long accused it of giving safe havens to Taliban in Afghanistan. Talks peace publicly, but has a history of backing proxy groups in the region. Maintains defence ties with Arab nations, while balancing relations with Iran at the same time. Now reports show China & Russia supporting Iran militarily ,raising fresh questions about where Pakistan truly stands. double standards?

As a journalist, my responsibility is not convenience. It is truth. Many well-meaning friends advise me to stay away from sensitive national issues. They suggest focusing elsewhere and avoiding open conversations on terrorism, separatism, or propaganda that harms the country. But journalism is not about silence. If we stop asking questions or speaking up, who will? My duty is to report, to question, and to present facts without fear or favor. That includes calling out narratives that threaten unity or distort reality. Yes, it comes with pressure. Yes, it can be uncomfortable. But credibility is built on standing by what you say. I stand by my work and can defend it anytime, anywhere. Silence may feel safe, but it does not serve the truth. And truth is the first responsibility of journalism.

The distinction between genuine and counterfeit individuals is seldom declared outright; rather, it is subtly revealed through the consistency of their actions, wherein authenticity is demonstrated without proclamation, while pretense is invariably exposed through contradiction.

I’ve interacted with hundreds of officials across departments. From my experience, only a small number truly stand out for their honesty and commitment to the country. This isn’t a judgment on individuals, just an observation from real interactions. If we step back and look at the bigger picture, the issue seems less about people and more about the system: Honesty often isn’t rewarded Speaking up can come with risks Following the “safe path” is easier than doing the right thing When systems don’t support integrity, even good people struggle to stay consistent. What’s concerning is that in places like Jammu & Kashmir, being honest can sometimes feel like going against the flow. And when honesty starts to feel like a liability instead of a strength, it signals a deeper problem. At the same time, there are honest officers. They just don’t get the same visibility. If we want real change: Reward integrity, not just results Protect those who speak up Build systems that make honesty sustainable Because if honesty becomes the norm, not the exception, the impact on people’s lives would be massive. This is just my perspective based on what I’ve seen. Others may have different experiences. @PMOIndia @PMOIndia_RC @AmitShah @RahulGandhi @manojsinha_

If Jammu & Kashmir gets its statehood back, the real question isn’t politics, it’s direction. Will it disturb the fragile peace? Will separatist voices try to use it again? Or will it finally give Jammu & Kashmir a stronger democratic path to move forward? Statehood alone won’t decide the future. What matters is how it’s used by the people, the leadership, and the institutions. Save my X post. I will answer when it comes back. #JammuAndKashmir #Statehood #Kashmir #Peace #Democracy #India #JandK

The same people who once glorified “jihad” and fueled violence in Kashmir are now suddenly talking about peace and democracy. Hundreds of innocent Kashmiris lost their lives during those years of bloodshed. That history cannot be erased. You were never about peace while innocent civilians were being killed. Accountability matters. Political convenience should never rewrite the suffering of the victims. #Kashmir #Accountability

People love blaming the media for not showing the truth. But an uncomfortable question remains: are we actually ready to hear the truth? Most people don’t click on calm facts. They click on outrage, drama, and stories that confirm what they already believe. Fake news spreads because it gets attention. Sensational lies travel faster than boring truth. Media companies follow the same rule every other business follows: they give people what people consume. If millions ignored sensational content and demanded verified facts, the industry would look very different. So before blaming the media, look at the mirror. The market for misinformation exists because the demand exists. If we want better journalism, we also need to become better audiences

For years we were told that politics in Jammu and Kashmir gave people nothing. The reality is more troubling. A certain kind of politics did not build institutions or opportunities. It left behind graveyards instead of growth, guns instead of jobs, and bullets instead of stability. In too many places, young people saw AK-47s where there should have been books, technology, and innovation. While the rest of the country moved toward education, entrepreneurship, and digital progress, many Kashmiri youth were pulled into a cycle of conflict, fear, and cross-border manipulation. The real price of that politics was paid by ordinary families and an entire generation whose future deserved classrooms, skills, and a chance to build something better.

May Allah grant good health and a long life to Dr. Farooq Abdullah. What happened was unfortunate and must be investigated thoroughly. However, turning every incident into political point-scoring is not right. Calling it a “security lapse” without knowing the full facts only creates confusion and unnecessary speculation. Dr. Abdullah was attending a private wedding with family members and guests. Reports suggest that the person who attempted the attack was linked to the groom’s family. In such personal gatherings, it is unrealistic to expect security agencies to treat every family member as a suspect or conduct strict checks on everyone present. It is also important to note that J&K Police have already taken the matter seriously. A 7-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to probe the incident. The investigation began the very next day, and even the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has taken strong note of the matter. Let the investigation proceed and the facts come out clearly. Responsible public discourse is important, and speaking on air without complete information only harms public trust. @dmjammuofficial @JmuKmrPolice @ZPHQJammu @OfficeOfLGJandK

A clear contrast in development across the Line of Control. In India’s Jammu & Kashmir: highways, strategic tunnels and rail links, AIIMS and IIT campuses, modern universities, and growing tourism infrastructure backed by strong public investment. The region already has widespread 5G connectivity and is now moving toward AI-driven innovation and digital growth. Across in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, infrastructure development has remained far more limited. The digital divide reflects this clearly. Many areas in PoK still rely on 2G or limited 4G, while Jammu & Kashmir has moved ahead with advanced connectivity. The Government of India is investing a huge amount in Jammu & Kashmir to build infrastructure, strengthen education, expand connectivity, and create long-term economic opportunity for its people.
