𝗖𝗔𝗕𝟯 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗘 𝗣𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗕𝗬 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗟𝗔𝗪. Over the past few days, I have been warning the Presidency, Parliament, and the judiciary that if they, as civilian leaders, fail to take responsibility for upholding the Constitution, an interregnum (vacuum) may emerge, creating conditions for the security services to take over and usher in the Third Republic in order to maintain stability in the country. I want to reiterate this again: a Third Republic may be forced to reluctantly step in to maintain national security if we, the civilians, demonstrate an inability to govern the nation in a manner that preserves public order and peace. However, if this new republic—which is organised and already on standby—grudgingly takes over due to dereliction by the civilian leadership, it has already prepared a new law entitled the CAB3 Willful Violation & Criminal Regulations Act to punish those who willingly or knowingly collaborated in the mutilation of the Constitution and the abrogation of their oath of office, thereby rendering the republic ungovernable. This law will become part of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act, just as the Patriotic Act was incorporated into the same legislation to punish those calling for sanctions against the country. It proposes the retrospective application of the law from 16 February 2026. This means that those found to have participated in the willful violation of the Constitution from 16 February 2026 onwards may be held accountable should a change in administration occur. The minimum penalty will be ten years' imprisonment and the maximum penalty twenty years. This draft Bill is a symbol that there is an organised system (deep state) ready to take over the country, and it serves as a warning of the consequences that will befall those attempting to mutilate the Constitution with impunity.
