@virginmedia I cannot stress enough how I need this sorted. Working from home with no wifi is an absolute nightmare. Since I moved house & transferred my services, I’ve had nothing but issues. I was without service for a month & you tried charging me £500 for the privileg

@virginmedia for customer service, I must say, you guys are the worst of the worst. Was expecting you to call on Saturday. Nothing. Woken up this morning, internet down and I work from home with a million meetings in the diary today. Cheers for that.
