Has anyone actually had any luck with accessibility tickets for Bruno Mars? 2 hours in the queue yesterday just to be disconnected & told the line was closed for new callers. Trying again today but 40 minutes in and still on hold. #brunomars #wembley @wembleystadium

@grassbyh @wembleystadium Yep, rang at 12.00 got through on two devices. 2 hours in they disconnected me on both phones, rang back, 30 minutes later told the tickets sales are closed for new callers and then was disconnected. Also requested a call back but nothing

Been on hold with @wembleystadium for an hour and a half and the calls cut off and now I can’t call back and rejoin the queue

@TPExpressTrains I have to say that the conductor Megan who was on the 10.53am train from Liverpool lime Street to Newcastle on the 22nd October is an absolute credit to your company. She was friendly to every passenger I seen and really made our journey.
