@Tasha_Loftus@SHEIN_Official This has happened to me today, got the email “we’ve received your return” followed by an email saying none of the items were there, make that make sense?! Luckily I paid through PayPal so can contest. Did you get anywhere?
@SHEIN_Official I have legal proof an item was returned in September 2025. Under UK law I’m entitled to a refund. If this isn’t processed by 14/02/26, I will raise a formal complaint with Citizens Advice and Trading Standards and pursue a chargeback with my bank. @CitizensAdvice

@SHEIN_Official@CitizensAdvice This is also what I’ve been told since September. ‘Once the warehouse received the item we will refund in 5-10 days’. I have no time for these messages anymore. You have the item and my money
@SHEIN_Official I have been chasing a refund since October. I have raised a query 6 times each time it’s closed without being resolved. The 5-10day return window has long gone. I don’t have the product and don’t have my refund. How is this acceptable?! #notlistening
