Delicious Ground Beef Preparation Guide (Make a large batch of this every weekend and pair it with rice/potatoes and veggies during the week) Ingredients - 96/4 Ground Beef (You can use a fattier option if you prefer) - 1 packet Old El Paso taco seasoning per every 2 lbs - Splash of water (2-3 tbsp) - Splash of olive oil - Salt & pepper Equipment - Large nonstick pan - Wooden spoon or spatula Instructions 1) Preheat your pan over medium-high heat for about 1 minute — you want the oil hot and shimmering but not smoking 2) Add a splash of olive oil and swirl it around to coat the surface evenly 3) Add the ground beef to the pan — it should sizzle slightly on contact 4) Break it up immediately with your spoon or spatula into small crumbles 5) Season lightly with salt and pepper as it cooks 6) Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is mostly browned and no pink remains 7) Add the taco seasoning and stir well to coat the beef evenly 8) Add a splash of water (2-3 tbsp) if the mixture looks dry — this helps the seasoning blend in and coat the meat 9) Cook for another 1-2 minutes — stirring constantly until the beef is fully coated and the liquid has mostly evaporated 10) Taste and adjust with extra salt or pepper if needed 11) Turn off the heat and let the beef rest in the pan for 1 minute 12) Serve this seasoned ground beef in tacos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, eat it by itself, etc OR store for later use ENJOY

In my 15 years of watching OU Softball, this is probably the least prepared I've ever seen the Sooners. Just inexcusable. The Aggies faced the exact same circumstances and let it galvanize them. Quite the opposite from Oklahoma. Still a chance to make up for it, but this has been highly disappointing.

@DeanTTraining @Doc_Red_ My goal is fat loss, I go gym after the school run so i arrive at 9:30, for me i have to workout fasted, eating in the morning makes me feel bloated and i enjoy having 2 meals a day + fruit and protein as snacks On the rare occasion i go at mid day onwards, i’ll eat quick carbs
